‘The Apple In Your Hand’

Question: “What device do you have in your hand; phone, tablet or otherwise?”
Go ahead, think about it… We all know they’re incredibly useful in many ways, absolutely changing the world; almost can’t do without them… right? But now in 2025+ we recognise the dark-side flooding through the pixels; fear and evil pushing hard on all levels, overwhelming our lives. Take note: Those devices didn’t randomly arrive in the last 25 years, only because of the escalation in science and tech. Behind the scenes it’s been completely intentional; a mysterious journey that echoes from the beginning of time. Let’s find out the back story… but first, you may resonate with my own device reality check, that began this article when the world was radically changing…
‘The Apple in Your Hand - Five years ago’…
In mid 2020 I released a 300 page college size book, Prophet Musician - As I have Called You, with my USA Publisher (see shop); right after the start of that devastating ‘Plan-demic.’ The book was a long 2 year rewrite of my original version in the early 90s, released in Australia and the UK. It teaches the true nature and ultimate purposes of music in these last days, and what it means to be a creative musician now in the kingdom of God.
In 2020, I’d been posting Bible quotes and thoughts, along with photos I’d taken, reaching out to people dealing with the greatest global change in modern history, and the subsequent spirit of fear that hit the world; even greater than the fear generated by 9/11 in 2001. I was often on my phone then, keeping up with everything, as a lot of us were. Yet, in the six months or so, after Prophet Musician was released, just before Christmas 2020, I experienced real-time symptoms of random anxiety, worry, and oppressive depression, to the point where it became problematic. At the time it seemed like ‘spiritual warfare’ over my new book release; the fulfilment of a thirty-five year vision! But, it felt like something else… I couldn’t sleep properly; it was so very unlike me, as I sleep well. I had to find an answer…
I asked my eldest daughter what it could be; she replied, “Dad give up being on your phone for a week.” Trust in daughter wisdom! Even so, I reluctantly did it, but you know what… all the symptoms went away in that week! I realised this dramatic impact on me that was traveling through our mobile phones is real…
A little after that experience, I was guest teaching a class at a large church Bible School for some worship leader students. There were six of them, and guess what…; all distracted on their mobile phones… as I was talking to them! None were really present in that class moment or showing any real interest, respect or engagement. They were all immersed and captured mentally and spiritually by the phones in their hands! Crazy… I was shocked. I wondered what they were doing there wasting their money. I realised they knew nothing much about true biblical worship, I even tried to teach them some basics, but it was clear… much of what they’d learned in that school was mostly practical application rather than any true depth. These were students gripped by the world, with their tender toes in the shallowest of water. On that day, I grieved for the young in contemporary christendom being fed such a gospel lite; in a culture of conformity, yet without revelation or true consecration to Jesus. I learned later that over 90% of the college students suffered various negative symptoms along with constant worry and anxiety. I asked another student I knew at the time… why? Answer: Phone addiction. The college closed down a couple years after.
In hindsight 5 years later, this truth about devices everyone needs to know, because then you can realise why our world is in a time of such radical change, with the growing chaos today. Society in every nation, is careering fast towards the end of world as we know it, and the return of Jesus as written clearly in scripture (Matt 24); there is also a great war on for the souls of people. To distract and blind people from God and the Truth, even in and out of the church as we know it.
So, I prayed and asked the Lord about it all; this is what He said very clearly to me…
“What is that device you have in your hand?” He asked like a caring teacher. “It’s an Apple iPhone,” I replied.
He continued. “Great, now look at the logo, what do you see” It was obvious, “A bite out of the apple Lord.” I said.
And here’s the kicker… The Spirit of the Lord again made it clear and I had an ear to hear…
“Yes, it represents the original bite from the Apple in the Garden of Eden, when Adam and Eve were deceived by satan to eat from the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil.” I sat there in wonder as He spoke further.
“As you know Stephen that decision in the garden affected the future of mankind and all I have created to this day. Satan saw what his temptation successfully achieved in trying to kill, rob and destroy My creation of mankind. Since then satan has tried and planned to get an ‘Apple’ in the hands of every human being ever since. In these recent times that’s been achieved on earth, and the spirit of the world with all its knowledge of good and evil options can now invade your life 24/7… through your devices in the palm of your hand!”
Totally blown, it made absolute sense to me. It’s the same ‘spirit’ in the ‘fruit’ Adam and Eve ate, and it changed them from beautiful created innocent eternal beings, free to work with God forever, creating wonder and looking after His work, to becoming ‘naked aware’ replicas of God… slowly dying…! Adam actually lived to 930 years old (Genesis 5:5), the entropy and spirit of death that began with him, decreased more over the following thousands of years, and today we are promised just 70 years (Psalm 90:10)! That is all the time we have on earth; to get to know the vast Creator… just a little bit!
Our short lives in these end-times, are now caught in the strangulation of the dark silken threads of a growing world wide web of evil, so interwoven through science and tech into the lives of humanity, there is now no turning back to what was in the fax days! On one side, there is the ease of so much good tech and convenience, helping lives in many immeasurable ways. But in the last three years, global change has increasingly accelerated like never before in history, and the evil in this postmodern digital world is taking over quicker everyday.
However, as satan’s global end-time agenda is becoming increasingly obvious to many, millions are starting to wake up to his slippery lies. Once again, here we are in a moment of time, but now with billions of people’s lives at stake on the planet. Not only Adam and Eve, but all our ‘human replicant’ gifts of freewill choice will all have to be made yet again. Believing the words of the True and Living God of the Bible or blinded by the hissing sulphuric ophidian deceptions, of the serpents writhing on earth in these end-days.
In Matthew 24, in the midst of all the written end-time-signs, and the prophesied coming of the Lord’s return to Earth, Jesus said emphatically to the disciples FOUR TIMES, “Take heed that no man deceives you.” Right choices made today are imperative to understand your future. So now let us learn from the true Bible backstory that started it all…
Art Garden
Over 6000 years ago in a garden called Eden, in a beautiful era of the highest of supreme curated art, was an environment made by a timeless artist and creative; in fact THE CREATOR of everything. He designed heavens, the galaxies, and in only one galaxy, He built a place called Earth, a grand atelier to create anything the I-AM-He Artist desired; His symbols, His art.
In that super charged creative mix, Earth became our human home in a Milky Way galaxy; a cute idea with a wry artist smile, that actually became a chocolate bar one day in the future! The Milky Way is a spiral galaxy with a giant ‘CD disk’ of stars, gas, and dust spanning 100,000 light-years. Our sun is there and the ‘choc covered galactic masterpiece with the softest of centres’ has over 100 billion stars, who’s had the time and did the counting?! It’s named for the hazy, milky band of light it forms when viewed from the art gallery of Earth.
This way of milk, would go on to house the ultimate Way; the mysteries of the authentic God of Truth, knowledge, relationship with the heavenly Creative, the salvation for His work, and a place where significant apples grow on trees revealed in an Earth garden. In the big picture, it’s a micro dot of space on a blue planetary orb, that is part of a cluster of over 50 other galaxies with a super-massive, cosmic black hole in the middle; where matter is crushed to infinite density… hmm; ok leave that to Einstein for the moment…
Was this Divine Artist a Frankenstein or Mad Scientist; no! But a Grand Lord God, the Master of all, who just existed from who knows where! The Divine mastermind of mind-blowing intelligence, embodying the deepest unfathomable love, kindness, grace, mercy and beautiful intentionality about everything He says and does; as the True God, so far removed from the deep dark deceptive religions parading global city streets on this earth today.
So what’s the point? Well, this is our historic back drop story for revelatory understanding, that we all need to embrace in our chaotic world today whilst glued to our technology. It is knowledge we need to know, if we are going to make sense of why the world is the way it is now, and where it’s heading; to an ultimate end designed by the same God the Artist, who’s endgame plan is to actually to start all over again… (Read: ‘Revelation - the Terrible & the Good’ - See shop)
But… this time, He’ll have remnant humans from all history that have been tried and tested in the crucibles of life, having chosen through love and their faith to follow and believe in God the Creator, and want to be like Him and His Son Jesus. Our eyes have not seen or heard the wonderful things He has in store for those who love Him (1 Corinthians 2:9). Eternally, way beyond our fragile human comprehension and imagination, but no doubt at all; it’s all oozing with goodness, beauty and the creative love of our Father.
‘Humans Like God’
The point of the apple blog beginnings, are found in the original garden of Eden; let’s back up a little. Artist God did have a sort of ‘Frankensteinian’ moment in His gallery garden, only in that He made human replicant art to look and behave like Him, according to His own likeness. God breathed life into the man to become a living soul, moulding him as sculpture from dust and clay, to house the soul and spirit of a man and woman. He made a creature alive, to learn to live in dominion, with actions of care and love for everything the artist made (Genesis 1:26-27). The record shows, God clearly made them just male and female in that perfect world of art and creativity at the time. One with a womb to incubate and make the replicant babies, and the other with life giving seed to enjoy helping the process!
Now, these ‘created humans’ we’re not controlled programmed AI robots, to do whatever God artist wanted, but magnificent versions of Himself. He gave them characters, with their own will to choose between right and wrong, good and evil. However they couldn’t exist or do that properly in their own strength, without God Artist’s presence, power and purpose in their lives.
Everything God Artist Lord did and created in the garden, was to bless the new humans, so they could be immensely fruitful, multiplying and filling the earth with a sense of His Godly government and oversight that only produced good things. The ‘life brief’ given to them was to manage all the global animals, the very good seed fruits and herbs for food and health, and to look after HIS ART garden. The divine gardeners together!
The Helper
Adam, was the first human replica, but it was no good at all for him to be all alone. He was designed to need a comparable lover and helper; a woman described as the helper; like God helps, one like having God by your side… incredible! She was created to reflect and reveal the glory of God.
The Lord did some famous Rib-Art; (no not a frog sound), but putting Adam to sleep on the dusty surgery floor, God took out a chest rib and formed Adam’s wife Eve from it. An amazing miracle… really! Think: He carved, curved and curated the most perfect beautiful woman who ever existed!
Listen: Not to be less than the man or subservient, not created to be totally covered up, abused and treated like a dog or just an animal! What ‘crazy completely deluded nuts people’ would want to abuse a beautiful ‘creature like God’ and keep her hidden from the world? She is supposed to be someone glorious, totally helpful like God would be at a man’s side, a ‘Ms Universe’ with a womb to help make other humans with love, a womb-man (woman) totally comparable with Adam. Anything else in the matrix of abuse and ill treatment of women, is purely demonic from hell.
These beings originating from dust were both made equals together… to have ‘agape’ God love and governance over all things; that was True Lord Artist’s creative intention for HIS wonder humans; man and woman. Now perhaps you can understand why woman have been so badly mistreated down through the corridors of history in all manner of cults, religions, false ideologies, and societal oppressions. Think: SHE IS the ‘glory of the man’ NOT his slave! “… but woman is the glory of man” (1 Corinthians 11:7). ‘Husbands, LOVE YOUR WIVES, just as Christ also loved the church and gave Himself for her,’ (Ephesians 5:25). ‘Husbands, love your wives and do not be bitter toward them’ (Colossians 3:19). Wow!
Adam and Eve were equally made eternal beings with everlasting divine power to do specific tasks for God; free and happy to do it all, in the love of a Creator. They actually lived ‘hippy’ naked together, blissfully unaware of any shame (Genesis 2:25). They didn’t need designer clothes or coverings of any kind at all, as their clothing was God himself; His glowing presence and power. Nakedness was not even an idea in their minds at the time.
The Mysterious Trees
However, amongst all the wonderful tree’s of food and beauty in the vast garden, All Knowing Artist God made a Tree of Life and a Tree of the Knowledge of Good an Evil (Genesis 2:9). This is where the ‘Human replicants’ of the Divine Artist came totally unstuck! They listened to the demon deceivers voice slithering in the second tree. It was a profound devastating mistake, affecting absolutely everything created by God; the Earth, the universe, the galaxies, all creation, and every human replica born from a womb that would come after them, right up to this present day. What!??
Fully understand this and you will realise why all 9+ billion of us are at this point in history; where an end of the world is imminent and an ancient promise will very soon be fulfilled. The return of ‘Lord King Divine Artist Creator Saviour God’ to earth, where He will arrive and take full control of all that belongs to Him (Psalm 24:1). In that day, He’ll gather every replicated human that came through the legal channel of a womb to earth for humans, from all past history to now, who loves Jesus and has followed Him in faith.
He’ll also judge and deal with all and everyone who don’t believe in the TRUE FATHER GOD CREATOR, and then He will start again; new Earth, new Heaven, new future Art. (Revelation 21:1, Isaiah 65:17, 2 Peter 3:13)

‘The Apple in Your Hand - Don’t Eat’
Ok we’re getting close now. In the garden were the 2 mysterious beautiful trees, perhaps a little like the gorgeous ones in the movie Avatar! Except one of them, we do know, had some lush apple fruit dangling; the Tree of the Knowledge of Good an Evil. Why were the trees put there? What did Artist God intend for His humanoid creations? He had to test their free will! God had a nemesis up his sleeve; not literally, but a cunning devil serpent slithering amongst the branches. His job: tempt the gorgeous couple to see if they would obey God Artist who had told them, “Don’t eat from that one tree of the knowledge of good and evil, or you will surely die!” (Genesis 2:17). As most demonized deceivers do, they speak and act the opposite of Truth.‘Then the serpent said to the woman, “You will not surely die.”’ (Genesis 3:4)
Believe it or not, the cunning serpent was the former magnificent Archangel Lucifer, a rogue arch leader angel, who blindly went to battle with his own prideful knowledge against His actual Creator; like a robot AI going AWOL beyond his original programming. Lucifer is certainly not cool like portrayed in the movies! His costly mistake caused him to transform into the pure evil satan; satanas the very fallen one; back then looking like a fat snake in the Eden garden. At that point he’d been banished to the earth, kicked out of heaven because of pride, wanting to be God, and declaring full on war with God the Artist and His creation.

The snake tempted the beautiful couple Adam and Eve, to eat the ‘fruit’ of knowing good and evil; this is the ‘apple legacy’ as we know it. Why? Because the old deceived devil knew it was his way to get back at God.
He tempted them to eat: to open their eyes to be gods, like he wanted to be, and choose what was good and evil themselves without the need for God. Seriously; who was he kidding!?
Satan wanted them ashamed and feeling naked; he totally knew that feeling in his fallen satanic angel state. In his wicked hatred and anger he wanted hostility between him and the humans, and God gave it to him; the Lord Artist had a purpose… Eve the woman would multiply her sorrow in childbirth, knowing what her children would carry, and a curse was given for the ground of earth to resist Adam, as he and Eve would have to make their own life, food, and clothing now… without God.
Ultimately, satan knew with a successful temptation, he could kill Adam and Eve and everyone that came after them (Read Genesis chapter 3 &4). The first fruit of Eve’s womb, her son Cain, became a murderer!
Adam and Eve fell so badly, God saw they had become like ‘One of us’ - gods unto themselves. Their tested decision, against God’s warning and words, not to enter the world of knowledge of good and evil, affected the future of the current Earth, heavens, all creation and the billions of humans that came after them, right up to this present day; which now is becoming very obvious to many awakening souls… for those with eyes to see and ears to hear…
However, God Artist still loved His human creations, and made them clothes from animal skin before he sent them out of the garden to navigate the world on their own for a while. It set them up for a ‘one day in the future ‘clothing’ industry,’ generating billions of revenue $! Clothes that create distinctions between the familiar flesh of humans, and cover the shame of the Adamic fall for many centuries, until… God gave himself as a Saviour through Jesus 4000 years later, to not only cover the shame of nakedness, but wash every single sin away, past present and future. To make a new way back for humanity for the purpose He originally intended; to be with Him forever creating together in His love, without evil, sin, pain or pride.
Jesus Christ died on the cross so we could have that eternal life given back again, that Adam and Eve lost. It wasn’t just a cute religious moment in history to become orthodox ritual, it was God’s statement of a massive war for truth. And because everything was tainted by that one original human replicant decision, we now all have a choice to make today for what is true. To undo that sin and evil in our lives, by showing our intelligent intention of love and faith, by believing in the True God Artist. Who’s future Plan Two, all along, just like an artist, is to start all over again!
Believing in Jesus Christ now, is the best decision you will ever make. He did everything for us on the cross… that we could not do. He made it simple in His act of Salvation for all mankind, ‘just believe!’ You don’t have to kill, terrorise, murder, rape, treat people like dirt, suicide bomb, take over the world by force; that’s a false narrative of the slippery one, diametrically opposed to the love, grace and mercy of the true living God!.
The Phones
Ok! Do you still have your device close by? It’s time to think about what has been said. The day is coming soon when we won’t have these devices, a time when humanity will be so controlled you wont be able to buy, sell, or have access to anything unless you worship, serve and put your misguided trust in the coming anti-christ and the economic, political beast system (Revelation 13).
Apples can taste and feel great in your hand, but be wary of the worms that wiggle, filled with deadly poison, on a mission of distraction, deception and death. The evil spirit has always been the same throughout history, since the beginning of time… Once the ‘technology’ was a tree and a piece of fruit in a garden… now, six thousand and twenty five years later…
… What is the apple in your hand really? What will you do with it now, before it’s all over…?

Final Thoughts for today…
None of us have been in the end of the end-times before, with all the invasion of technology we experience on every level of life.
We read about the end-times in the Bible, but now we are actually here, our journey is to understand and learn to navigate it all.
We must be ready as worshippers, and be true sons and daughters of God, ‘led by the Spirit’ (Romans 8:14).
Global societal shifts and changes are accelerating at exponential rates in this world. We all need understanding how to navigate the chaotic and pressured times now and ahead of us as worshipping believers of Jesus Christ.
Despite everything, we are designed to worship, be wise, critical intelligent thinkers, and continue living it out on earth while we can.
If you’re in struggle street of any kind, God has a family / church / company of people / tribe / a place where you’ll fit; ask God and he will show you.

It’s a New Era of History
In 2021, I wrote a blog stating; ‘we have now transitioned in this time of immense change, into a New Era of History, both in the world at large, and in the Church.’
Things have never been the same since the plan-demic, and will not be ever again.
‘A New Awakening’ has emerged in the world now, and the gospel is being preached everywhere like never before. Now in November 2025+, everything is moving forward rapidly. Not just in spiritual awareness, but millions of people are well informed and awakened to the lies, deceptions and agendas of this world, that were, and still are being enforced upon humanity. PRAYER OF FAITH: The Call to give your life to Jesus Christ.
No matter where you are in your Christian walk, Jesus is with you; in your triumphs and trials, to the end! If you have never known God; know this;
“Lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the world (ages)” Amen’ Matthew 28:20. ‘But he who endures to the end shall be saved. And the gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come.’ Matthew 24:13-14.
Pray this prayer from your heart and your spirit will come alive to God, for with him there is hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11).
“My Father in heaven, I give you my life, I repent of all my sin, recreate me brand new. I give you my heart. Fill me Lord Jesus Christ with Your Holy Spirit. I believe You died for me on the cross, and by Your shed blood, you washed away my sins once and for all. Raise me from my deadness of my life to live a new life, just like you Jesus, when you were raised from the dead; I believe you did that. Make my spirit reborn, and let me come alive too, filled with Your Holy Spirit.”
“I believe I belong to you Lord. Help me to know you well, teach me Your ways, that I become all that I am meant to be. Help me to love and find love. I thank you Lord that you will always be with me, Amen.”
